2. Spice tea
Spice tea also does wonder. Here is how to prepare spice tea:
- ¼ cup Coriander seeds
- 5 tablespoons Cumin
- 5 tablespoons Fennel seeds

- Dry roast and grind the coriander, cumin and fenugreek seeds.
- To a cup of boiling water, add 1.5 tablespoons of this powder
